Nowadays, the concept of distributed generation is increasingly popular and becoming a real alternative
to traditional energy supply from centralized networks. The distributed generators of electricity
integrated into Unified Energy System (UES), represent difficult system in which communication
between observable parameters and a system condition has difficult and ambiguous character. Therefore,
the approach to automatic control systems, based on control of output parameters, is inadequate in fact.
In this case, formation of output influence should be executed based on data of the object current
condition. In this paper are consider the control problems of distributed generators connection into a
main grid and control of distributed generators’ operating modes.

In the last decade Smart Grid technologies have been developing in the advanced countries of the world,
which are considered as a basis for modernization and innovative development of the electric power
industry. The newest technologies used in networks based on adaptation of equipment characteristics
depending on the situation situation, active interaction with generation and consumers allow creating an
efficiently functioning system in which modern information and diagnostic systems are integrated,
automation systems for managing all elements included in production processes, Transmission,
distribution and consumption of electricity. The electrical network from a passive device for transport
and distribution of electricity is transformed into an active element whose parameters and characteristics
vary depending on the requirements of real-time operating modes in which all subjects of the electricity
market (generation, network, consumers) take an active part in the transmission and distribution
processes Electricity. For the purpose of achieving energy efficiency, reducing losses, in addition to the
use of modern economical equipment and technologies, systems with a regulated electric drive of
process equipment are used. On the basis of multi-agent systems, a technology for monitoring and
diagnosing electrical networks in real time will be developed. In this paper, the technology of adaptive
automated and automatic control is presented.
